The 2013 Volkswagen Passat CC on our Blog

The refreshed model in question is the already stylish four-door coupe known as the CC, which is the benefactor of a refresh for the 2013 model year.
While VW promises to bring the CC in the flesh…well, sheetmetal to the Los Angeles Auto Show in just a few weeks, we have today a handful of images as well as a list of the changes made to the car for the latest model year.
In addition to fully refreshed front and rear fascias, the new CC also gains additional standard equipment, including Bi-Xenon headlights with VW’s Adaptive Front Lighting System and LED taillamps. Other added standard features include fatigue detection, an RCD 310 CD player, stainless steel door sill plates and the addition of longitudinal adjustment for the headrests on the front seats.
In terms of more substantial changes, such as with the powertrain, none have been listed by the automaker. The 2.0-liter, 200 horsepower TSI engine will carryover as the base engine, with a six-speed manual transmission, while mid-grade models will make use of a six-speed DSG automatic with Tiptronic transmission. The range-topping Executive model will continue use of its 3.6-liter V6, good for 280 horsepower.
Leftlane will be bringing you any available details and plenty of live images from the LA Auto Show on November 18th.
